About Me

As a coach, I bring a unique combination of engineering, quality and regulatory, and project management experience with more than 20 years of leadership. This unique set of skills that allow me to approach challenges with confidence and ease are there to serve you in our coaching journey. When I'm not working, I love to stay active through sports and spend time in nature. I also have a passion for reading and photography, which helps me to appreciate the beauty of the world around us.

 

I grasp complex situations very fast, create models, enjoy different culturalsand use my intuition and goal orianted mindset at service of my clients to handle complexity in an holistic way I love for challenges and adventures. I am always eager to tackle strategic challenges and find joy in the little things that life has to offer.

As an engineer it was not obvious to start coaching and even less co-active coaching or team coaching. But my love for nature and the believing that coaching is a great co-creation to develop your best self were of big support.
